    I've added 2 more rods to my to my standard made Jigrods for 2008. I try to keep a couple in stock but usually they are made to order. I use 2 basic colors and a metallic trim band, but will do colors of your choice. I can make any of these rods with an "Acid Wrap" but need to change the type of guides for this, please call for info. It takes about 3-4 weeks to complete and ship.

    My E-Glass jig rod is a black 1 piece 8'-0" slow action rated at 50 lbs. I use  Hypalon grips, a #24 American Tackle top, 5 American Tackle triple foot guides all under wrapped, Fuji heavy duty reel seat, Diamond butt wrap on 4 axis. I use a teal under wrap with gold trim bands and a garnet wrap.

    I do a  medium jig rod on a 1 piece 8'-0" Seeker 775-8 blank. This blank is rated for line 50 - 100 lbs. and a medium action. I use  Hypalon grips, a #20 American Tackle top, 5 American Tackle triple foot guides all under wrapped, Fuji heavy duty reel seat, Diamond butt wrap on 4 axis. I use a light blue under wrap with gold trim bands and a dark blue wrap.

    I've added a true "Meat Stick" to my shelf rods. This is a Heavy Duty rod that will stand up to almost anything the Gulf of Maine has to toss at it. I've wrapped it on an imported E-Glass surf blank cut down to 8'-0" . It is a medium action rated at 50lbs before the cut. I use  Hypalon grips, a #25 American Tackle top, 5 American Tackle triple foot guides all under wrapped, and a Fuji FPSD28 seat. I underwrap with black, use metalic silver trim bands and red wraps with diamond butt wrap on 4 axis. This rod has a large diameter on the butt and may not fit in some rod holders.

    My most popular jig rod is a 1 piece 8'-0" Lamiglas CGBT96XH blank, which is a composite of E-Glass and Graphite. It is a slow action that only weighs 8 3/8oz. and is rated for 50 lb. line. I use Hypalon grips, a #26 Fuji RST SIC top, 5 Fuji RSG SIC triple foot guides, Fuji heavy duty reel seat, Diamond butt wrap on 4 axis. I use blue dunn under wrap with gold trim bands and a red wrap. The SIC guides are in a gunsmoke finish and are a perfect match for using Spectra lines.

    New is a "Classic" Honey Lamiglass this year. I'm using a SB1215M E-Glass blank cut to 8'-0". It has a #26 Fuji BRHT top, with 5 Fuji BLRLG guides,  Fuji heavy duty reel seat, and Hypalon grips. These can also be done with a brownish black blank. Standard wrap is grey underwrap and cobalt blue wraps with gold trim bands and Diamond butt wrap on 4 axis.

    My best is a Graphite Lamiglass GSB1221MH cut to 8'-0". This blank weighs 8 7/8 oz. before cut and has a natural grey clear coat finish. I use a #26 Fuji RST SIC top and 6 new Fuji HBSG SIC in gun smoke grey, Fuji heavy duty reel seat, and Hypalon grips. Please call for colors as these will be made to order. This rod can be done in either conventional or "Acid" wrap. A real nice rod!
